Great place to go to. Me and my family went to dinner here. Absolutely delicious sushi! The staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything that was brought out looked delicious. My friend ordered the Orange Chicken and said it was very good. My daughter ordered the chicken fried rice and loved it. I ordered the Dragon Roll, The Wildman Roll, and the Bubba Gump Roll. They were very tasty and my companions agreed that it was very good sushi. Would definitely recommend trying this place out. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the peacefulness of the place.
Update: back in June 2023 and had their Japanese Noodle soup. Utterly ah-may-zing!! Beautiful flavor. Crab Ragoons were fair to middelin' but it won't lower my rating!! Soooo good. High quality food worth every penny. We've been a couple of times and the item has been most impressed with is their fried rice. You can tell it's made fresh when you order it and it's got all kinds of goodies in it. Tip: be sure to check the specials that are on the wall. We forget about him every time we go in there and they never point them out.
Last time I came I was disappointed, 1 years later I am happy to say that it has changed for the better. Same place visually but the food is significantly better.

I, along with a few of my co-workers and girlfriend visited Blue Flame a week ago. The staff was exceptional and the food was the very best Asian cuisine that I've ever had (coming from a guide that travels for a living). I recommend Blue Flame to anyone seeking genuine Asian cuisine within the United States.
This is my favorite sushi place and it is always delicious. Every time I go decided to try something new as I Brong my boyfriend, wild man roll, and the sweet potato roll were delicious. Also had a classic California roll and love the scorpion. Service is always amazing and very nice.
The food here was incredible, and the service was even better.
If I could give the service a 10 out of 5 I would The lady who waited on us she was so attentive so sweet she really made the experience the best. The food was pretty good. The octopus really good I had a citrus sauce on top delicious. Crab ragoon always delicious. The Mongolian beef was 5 out of five they did add quite the amount of onions. The last dish was a shrimp lobster soup it could have had a little bit more flavor but it was okay.
